• Transaction Data: Purchase history and payment metadata handled securely by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store credit card numbers or raw financial details on ZENRA servers.

3. Information We Never Collect

• Enterprise Knowledge Base: We never receive, store, or process your internal documents or proprietary knowledge bases on our central infrastructure.
• Model Training: We never train foundation AI models on customer data.

4. Data Security

Deployments run within your secure cloud tenant or air-gapped on-premise infrastructure. All processing, storage, and telemetry logs remain isolated within your security perimeter.
