1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using ZENRA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ZENRA provides autonomous AI agents that operate strictly within your organization's designated knowledge base and cloud/on-premise environments.

3. Merchant of Record & Billing

Our order and payment processes are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and customer service inquiries related to orders. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions. To request a refund within this period, please contact demo@zenra.ai or Lemon Squeezy support.
• You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Your Data & Ownership

Your data remains in your control at all times. ZENRA never trains foundation models on your proprietary data and never transmits it to unauthorized third parties. You retain full ownership of all input data and agent-generated outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer the agent framework, or attempt to bypass security perimeters.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZENRA and its reseller partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
